I am loving this cookbook that my mother-in-law compiled for all of her kids this past Christmas! This recipe was super easy and my husband really liked it. Little Turkey liked being able to help with it too.
Ingredients
1 package of boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 small cans of biscuits – not butter flavored (I used buttered anyway and used 1 large can)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions
Boil chicken, shred and return to broth
On floured surface, roll out biscuit paper thin. Let stand 10 minutes, then cut into strips.
Bring broth to a rolling boil and stir in soup.
Slowly drop dumplins into broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and cook until dumplins are done (about 8 minutes)
