I stumbled across a great price on Cokes tonight @ CVS. I was sitting at the dinner table trying to find $10 worth of grocery items that would be worth getting so that I could use my $3/$10 Q from the coupon scanner. DH asks if there are any good sales on cokes coming up soon. My mother who is visiting, pointed out that they were on sale this week 4/$10 after ECBs. So here’s how it worked out:
4- 12 pk cokes = $13
use $3/$10 from coupon scanner
use $9.99 ECB from the Alive Vitamins
new total $.01
(the young teenage boy at the register then says “Wow, you sure had to break out the pocket book for that one didn’t you!”)
I used that $3 off $10 groceries with the BOGO free SOBE coupons to get a total of 3 gallons of milk free last week. I paid zero and didn’t use any ECBs either.
