Walgreens Scenarios 4/3 $30.94 for $1.15 OOP

If you’ve been following my scenarios you’ll be starting out with a $1 RR from Speed Stick. This makes it pretty hard to roll the rewards and keep the OOP low, but I did my best without putting a lot of Nescafe in.    If you want to see the same items (and some) but starting with a $5 RR from Almay, click the link at the bottom of this scenario.
