While I personally don’t like to keep a lot of RRs on hand (usually less than $10), I know people that are quite successful at keeping 20, 40, or even 80 $$ in RRs at a time. If you had 10-20 in RRs each week the best benefit is reducing the # of transactions needed to get all the items you want. My original scenario for this week required 6 transactions to get $66 in merchandise with the lowest OOP. If you roll more RRs each week you could do the same with just 2 transactions!
