The household budget for our family is $500 a month and includes all
groceries, household products, clothing, gifts, decorations and
newspapers.  A little on the lean side?  Perhaps, but it works for our family.  Whether your number is $300 or $1000, you should do what works for your family.

In March

I spent: $184.22

I saved: $519.41

Extra money I made: $691.33 

(we sold a lot to be able to pay the mortgage on our vacant rental home)

    Thanks Pary! The house got rented early in April so I sort of let go and ran wild :-) May’s not looking so great either-haha. Still in budget though.
