Savings Review 6/18

The household budget for our family is $500 a month and includes all groceries, household products, clothing, gifts, decorations and newspapers.
A little on the lean side? Perhaps, but it works for our family.
Whether your number is $300 or $1000, you should do what works for your
family.

Spending: Since I burned most of my RRs and ECBs on diapers and the
outdoor chairs last week, so I’m starting nearly fresh and feeling the pain :-)

CVS: spent $8.99, saved $21.58
Super1Foods: spent $24.95, saved $8.17
Walgreens spent $.98, saved $26.00
Walmart spent $27.33, saved $3.89
Total Spent $62.25, Total Saved: $59.64

Money Made
$4 from a friend for helping her out with some things (she wouldn’t let me give it back to her!)
I also cashed out $20 from Zoombucks, but this amount is already included with my online rewards programs as it is earned.

Before I started blogging I would earn about $10 a week for a couple hours of time with these programs. Here are the online programs that I use most often for rewards:

Inbox Dollars: updated monthly
Inbox Pays: updated monthly
Ipsos-Isay: updated monthly
MyPoints: updated monthly
RewardPort: updated monthly
Swagbucks: updated monthly
Zoombucks: updated monthly
Total Money Made: $4.00
Money saved this week: $59.64 + $4.00 = $63.64 This means $81.59 of DH’s salary saved (click here to see how I get this amount)
