Walgreens Rules in a Nutshell: 
You may only do each deal once per transaction.
You cannot use the RR from one deal to pay for the same deal if you want to get another RR.
You may not use more manu Qs (including RRs) than the number of items in your transaction. 
A RR cannot pay tax and it’s value will not be reduced.

    I do not have a Wags Spring Beauty Book. Will the cashier have that book at the register to scan the Loreal Cosmetic coupon if I try to purchase the products with my manufactures coupons?

    Some stores have them, some don’t. I pulled mine out to get you the 4 digit code because most cashiers will enter them for you since they don’t keep the Qs anyway. The Qs in the spring book have expired :-( I’m sorry I should have pulled it out to check earlier. It’s still a great price if it’s something you use, but not as fabulous. I’ve updated the matchups.
