This week for Dishing It Up we decided to give you some ideas for 5 ingredient or less dishes. Boy was it hard to come up with one! I forget how many ingredients are involved even for a lot of our easier dishes. My recipe is for my husband’s easy blueberry pancakes.
Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick (generic is fine)
1 package blueberry muffin mix (or whatever flavor you’d like)
1 and 1/2 cups water
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Add an extra 1 TBS bisquick at a time if needed to thicken your batter. Pour onto hot and greased griddle or skillet. Flip when bubbly. Enjoy!
