Update: gone!

Dealster is another daily deal site, and today’s deal is a $10 CVS gift card for just $5.  I love deals on things we’re spending our money on anyway! :-) This will be a paper gift certificate that you can print and carry with you in your CVS pouch or in your coupon binder.

Hurry- just in the time it took me to write this post the # available has dropped from 1809 to 1746!

Be patient, the Dealster site is getting a lot of traffic with this deal, but I was able to get through.  I’m buying one for my Mom because I already have nearly $23 left on my last GC I bought in May and that will probably last me clear until spring!  When I shopped at CVS on Saturday evening the young cashier was having a bit of trouble with all of my coupons and rainchecks.  When I gave him my GC to cover my $.54 purchase he was even more flustered and confused that I wanted to a GC for such a small total.  Then he told me I might want to write the balance of $22.85 on it.  I said “no worries it will take me a year to spend that”  He seemed incredulous to I pointed to my 3 bags full of goodies that I was paying $.54 for.  He threw his hands up in the air and wished me a good day.  Then I reminded him that he still needed to print me $10 in ECBs from my rainchecks, which only further served to prove my point. :-)

LOL gotta love non couponers, yet feel sorry for their spending habits!

Thanks to I Save A2Z for the tip!
