We all get busy and run out of time to do things. Here are a few quick tips to freshen things up a bit without spending a lot of time.
- It takes more effort to strip a bed to wash sheets and to remake it. Wash just the pillow cases instead.
- The floor needs mopping but you don’t have time. Take a wet rag and just spot mop the worst areas. Chances are your guests won’t be on their hands and needs to see the rest of it anyway!
- Put a handful of ice cubes into your disposer with a TBS or so of lemon juice to freshen those smells.
- Don’t have time to use carpet deodorizer? Light a candle or use a sense and spray/ i-motion freshmatic to make the room smell nice just before your guests arrive. They won’t notice the other odors throughout their visit.
These are meant to be quick fixes, so you’ll want to do them right once you have the time to do so
