The household budget for our family is $400 a month and includes all groceries, household products, diapers, health and beauty, clothing, gifts, decorations and newspapers. A little on the lean side? Perhaps, but it works for our family. Whether your number is $300 or $1000, you should do what works for your family.

Before I started blogging I would earn about $10 a week for a couple hours of time with these programs. Here are the monthly totals for the online programs that I use most often for rewards:

Inbox Dollars: updated monthly
Inbox Pays:  updated monthly
Ipsos Survey Panel: updated monthly
MyPointsupdated monthly
RewardPort: updated monthly

Zoombucks: updated monthly

Total Money Made: $2.87

Money saved this week: $293.11 + $2.50 = $295.98 This means $379.46 of my husband’s salary saved (click here to see how I get this amount)

If you recall, I’ve been a few dollars over budget the past couple of months.  This month I’m nearly $95 under budget, bringing me back to having a surplus. I don’t think I’ll have any problems staying within my budget for the year.  :-)
