5 Minute Onion Mushroom Pork Chops

I know that I promised a brownie recipe for today, but I never got around to trying it myself because I didn’t have enough eggs.  I’ll plan it for next week though!

This is one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever cooked!  Seriously- about 5 mins of prep time and that’s it!  My sweet mother-in-law shared it with me last fall as I was overwhelmed (as usual) with how to put dinner on the table with two small children underfoot. This recipe was a life savers on many rough days!

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 packet onion soup mix

Directions
Throw it all into the crockpot with a cup of water.  Cook on low all day.  Serve over rice.

You can easily double the recipe if you want to have leftovers. How’s that for an easy dinner?

  1. This sounds yummy, but hubby doesn’t prefer mushrooms, so think I will try either cream of celery or broccoli – thanks!

  2. Yum Yum!! Love how easy this recipe will be to prepare!!

  3. Lovely dish. Thanks for linking it in to Food on Friday: Mushrooms. I have just signed up to follow you. A follow back to Carole’s Chatter would be wonderful – or are you already following? Cheers
