The household budget for our family is $400 a month and includes all groceries, household products, diapers, health and beauty, clothing, gifts, decorations and newspapers. A little on the lean side? Perhaps, but it works for our family. Whether your number is $300 or $1000, you should do what works for your family.

Spending for the last week of December: I love after Christmas clearances- I found lots of great goodies this year!

Lowe’s spent $14.38, saved $3.60
Target spent $47.98, saved $211.01

Walmart spent $29.81, saved $47.68

Total Spent: $92.17 Total Saved $262.29

Before I started blogging I would earn about $10 a week for a couple hours of time with these programs. Here are the December totals for the online programs that I use most often for rewards:
