| Practicing coupon cutting with expired coupons. |
This was actually my husband’s idea. I had mentioned several months ago that I needed to print off some worksheets with different types of lines for little Turkey to practice cutting. My husband asked why I would waste ink and paper like that when I have stacks of expired coupons to cut (to send overseas to military families) that he could practice with- AND feel like he’s helping Mama. Ingenious! I spent about 40 mins yesterday afternoon clearing out my July through October coupon inserts and little Turkey had a blast cutting coupons. He did get distracted when he found a coupon with a picture of someone cooking- not that anyone is surprised- LOL! He’s getting better at cutting, but I do think it will be quite some time before I let him cut my coupons that haven’t expired yet.
