CVS Scenario 7/1 – 7/3 $78.83 for $0.00 OOP (counting gas cards)

Our scenario last week ended with a $10 gas card.  I’m going to be counting that as a $10 CVS gift card to keep our ECBs rolling.  Quarterly ECBs also start printing on 7/1 so I’m including a $.50 ECB for that.
