Recipes that Don’t Require Any Heat – Dishing It Up Recipe Hop

I think it’s hot just about everywhere in the U.S. by now.  Fortunately it’s about 5 degrees cooler so far this summer in our part of Texas.  Regardless it’s still pretty miserable to be outside or to be cooking anything with the stove or oven inside.  So this month the Dishing It Up gals have decided to feature dishes that don’t require any heat to prepare.   If you have a recipe we’d love to have you link it up, or if you don’t have a blog feel free to leave the recipe in a comment to share it!
