This summer I was thrilled to win a cookbook from linking my menu up to Menu Plan Monday over at OrgJunkie. I was even more excited when it arrived in the mail and it was a slow cooker cookbook! I’m all about quick and easy. Because I know my crockpot has to be turned on before lunch time it really helps me to be prepared for dinner instead of waiting until 4:30 to pull something out of the freezer.
