Boy did we have 2 great surprises at CVS yesterday. Many of us received a $10/$50 purchase to sweeten our deals. And then the Buy $30, get $10 ECB PG deal turned out to be a limit of 2! I haven’t gotten deals this good in quite some time and now I have lots to share!
Transaction 1 Retail Value: $6.68
Hubby and little Turkey were out so I asked them to stop in and pick up the Dawn Hand Renewal since I knew it would go quickly.
They used (4) $.75/1 Qs from 8/26 PG and paid $.91 OOP including tax. (It was just simpler to pay cash than reduce an ECB or have him get something extra)
Transaction 2 Retail Value: $85.99
I used $10/$50 CVS Scanner Q
$4/$12 Cosmetics CVS Scanner Q
(2) $3/2 Covergirl from 8/26 PG
(2) BOGO Pantene (auto-deducted at $6.99 each)
(2) $2/1 Dove Face/Body Wash from 9/30 RP
(4) $.50/1 Dawn from 8/26 PG
Buy Dove Shampoo& Conditioner, get Styler Free from 9/30 RP (auto-deducted at $6.00)
(2) $3/1 Robitussin from 9/30 SS
$10 ECB from last week
$1 ECB from last week
New total: $.61 including tax, and got $10, $5, and $3 ECBs. The M&Ms and CryBabies were added in at the register because one of the CG 50% offs didn’t come off until after both my ECBs were scanned. A line was forming so I didn’t want to hold everything up to void the ECBs and reduce the $10 ECB down. I figure it’s a treat for my math
Transaction 3 Retail Value: $52.89
I used (2) $2/2 Tresemme CVS Scanner Qs
B2GO Tresemme (auto-deducted at $6.00)
$3/2 Covergirl from 8/26 PG
(2) BOGO Pantene (auto-deducted at $6.99 each)
$10 ECB and $3 ECB from T2
New total: $.69 and got $10 ECB and earned $5 SavingStar credit
This morning I had $16.07 towards my next Beauty Club Reward, and now I have $103.06 towards my next reward. My (2) $5 Beauty Club Rewards or $10 BCR should print by Tuesday.
All totaled I bought $145.56 in sale priced merchandise for $2.21 OOP (1.74 before tax). I started with $11 in ECBs and ended with $15 ECB, the $10 Beauty Club Rewards expected and $5 SavingStar credits coming back. So I gained a total of $19 today for a net profit of $16.79!
If you want more ideas for the PG deal, I’ve got 5 options here!
