Everything has been fixed. Yippee!
Register Rewards, Balance Rewards and debit card systems were down this morning at the Troup/Loop Walgreens in Tyler. The systems at other Tyler stores are all working. I spoke with the manager around 4:15 for an update. While corporate has been working on the problem since this morning, they don’t have a definite time frame for it to be fixed. 
I’ll update this post here and on FB when I get word it’s fixed. In the meantime, shop another store if necessary, but stock on RR/points items should be better at Troup/Loop than the other stores in town once it’s been fixed 
In other Troup/Loop Walgreens news (LOL) There have been huge changes in staff. Quite a few of the cashiers and assistant managers have moved to other stores in the area. Many have been promoted to other positions. Sad to see so many friendly folks leave my favorite store, but happy that many of you around town are getting some great customer service coming your way! we were informed too of the staff changes and we will try to get by the other wags to see one of our favorites , ms. patricia. guess this will be our chance to “train” some new associates, lol.
I too will be frequenting 5th/Broadway more than I did before. Not sure if I want to deal with “training” new cashiers either LOL.
