I’d like to remind you not to waste the food you spent time and money to buy and prepare.
We all have the best of intentions about making good use of the rest of our Thanksgiving turkey. But by we’re all sick of turkey, no matter how creative we are about remaking it into other dishes. Do yourself a favor and freeze a good portion of the leftover turkey now in freezer bags or other freezer containers in portions for appropriate for the size of your family. You’ll have meat that you can simply defrost and add a fruit and veggie to for an easy meal later on.
