Walgreens Rules in a Nutshell:
You may only do each deal once per transaction.
You cannot use the RR from one deal to pay for the same deal if you want to get another RR.
You may not use more manu Qs (including RRs) than the number of items in your transaction.
A RR cannot pay tax and it’s value will not be reduced.

I must say that I’m a bit disappointed with this ad. The past few years we’ve had really great ads the last week in Jan and Feb and this one doesn’t hold up to it. I haven’t looked at next week’s though, so maybe it will fit the bill!
