Hi. I love your blog and Im hoping that you can answer a question for me about Rainchecks at Wags. I went in last night to buy the Ester C vitamins that are b1g1. The shelf was empty so I asked for a raincheck and the night ast manager refused, telling me that they are not allowed to give rainchecks on items if their b1g1 or free. I have gotten rainchecks for natures bounty vits when they’ve been b1g1 in the past so, Im confused by this. Is what he was saying true? Thanks
There is no reason that a manager shouldn’t give a rain check for a BOGO sale. It’s still an advertised price that they have to honor. I would call corporate and don’t back down until they make it right. I bet you’ll have a phone call from the ast. manager with an apology by tomorrow!
Thanks for the info. I think I will call corporate on Monday. I just wanted to confirm what I thought was right before I called. I looked for an answer on their raincheck policy and coupon policy and couldnt find anything addressing b1g1 and rainchecks tho Ive never been told “no” before. Ill let you know how it goes.
