Walgreens Scenario 9/25 96% Savings, Plus Gain $7 in RRs!

Last week one scenario ended with $3 in RRs and one scenario ended with $4 (2-$2 RRs) so I’m writing up 2 different scenarios again.  This one will start with $3 in RRs.
