Walgreens Rules in a Nutshell:
You may only do each deal once per transaction.
You cannot use the RR from one deal to pay for the same deal if you want to get another RR.
You may not use more manu Qs (including RRs) than the number of items in your transaction.
A RR cannot pay tax and it’s value will not be reduced.

I can’t find the b1g1 shampoo is it a regional you think?
I’m not sure Debra, I had it, but any Q can be regional. Mine was on a page with 2 other Suave Qs. You can try going to Couponmom.com and searching her coupon databases that are divided by state/region. They are not always accurate but are a better picture than the massive databases that most of us use.
