Walgreens Scenario 7/22 $12.95 for $1.37 OOP

Walgreens Rules in a Nutshell:
You may only do each deal once per transaction.
You cannot use the RR from one deal to pay for the same deal if you want to get another RR.
You may not use more manu Qs (including RRs) than the number of items in your transaction.
A RR cannot pay tax and it’s value will not be reduced.

Last week our scenario ended with a $2 RR from Dentek and we are still waiting on the $10.99 and $5.49 MIRs from previous weeks.

1 Right Guard Total Defense 5 @ 2.99
1 Wexford Highlighter @ .49
subtotal: $7.46
use (2) $2/1 Stayfree from 7/22 SS (should be reduced to $1.99 each)
use  $1/1 Right Guard printable  (no longer available)
use in ad Q for highlighter (takes off $.30)
use $2 RR from last week
new total: $.18, get $2 RR


Transaction 2
1 Post Honey Bunches of Oats @ 2.50
1 Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts (if GN is included) @ 2.50
1 Wexford Highlighter @ .49

subtotal: $5.49
use $1/1 Honey Bunches printable
use $1/1 Shredded Wheat or Grape Nuts printable
use in ad Q for highlighter (takes off $.30)

use $2 RR from T1
new total: $1.19, get $1 RR

Totals: $12.95 at sale prices for $1.37 OOP (90 % savings) Start with $2 in RRs and end with $1 in RRs.  We should be getting the $10.99 MIR within the next week or 2, and the $5.49 MIR by mid August.
