 I skipped out on CVS this week.  My mom picked up a Zarbees and some pullups for me at her store though. I made it by Walgreens this morning, even though I’m still mourning the loss of an $8 RR that I mentioned on Facebook earlier.  (I’m certain that I threw away the Jan. IVC booklet it was last seen in) I still picked up everything I wanted to get and was happy.  My sweet cosmetics lady mourned my $8 {Read More}

Luxury Food Items – If You Buy Them, They Will Eat Them!

This post may contain affiliate links.

A few weeks ago I was telling my husband there was a really good sale on honey coming up.  I was trying to ask him to use it more in moderation than we had used the previous honey purchase, without upsetting him.  Despite my efforts, he got irritated and in frustration said “If you don’t want us to eat stuff, then don’t buy it”.  I said “Exactly!” I try to spend less than $1 per pound on food.  I’ll occasionally {Read More}

New Walgreens Infant Care Booklet and Free Magazine

Many of you probably remember the fabulous Infant Care Booklet that was released late last winter.  The Qs made for several great deals on diapers and wipes (we’re talking $3 and under for diapers and $1.50 and under for refill wipes!) as well as very cheap children’s advil and formula.  Since they are Walgreens store Qs they don’t have to be surrendered to the store and can be used multiple times! We were fortunate to find the booklets in Tyler, {Read More}
