Oh well, it was a good thing while it lasted. Here is the revised policy that states they won’t accept a competitor Q for $$ off a specific purchase. They will still accept competitor catalinas for specific items and will give overage, just no RRs. Sad to see the option disappear, but at least the policy doesn’t leave room for dispute.
