With school now in full swing, that means many of you are now back to busy afternoons and evenings filled with soccer and football practices, music and dance lessons. Dressing Ingredients 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup vinegar 1/2 cup salad oil 2 TBS water 1 cup sugar 1 tsp paprika Mix together and chill overnight Salad Ingredients 1 can cut green beans 1 can sweet peas 1 chopped bell pepper 1/2 large onion 1 cup celery 1 cup chopped pecans 1 small jar pimento Combine all ingredients with chilled dressing and let marinate at minimum 2 hours.  Overnight is best.
